Mall walkers are welcome to enjoy the mall during regular business hours. Whether you’re looking to get some exercise or simply enjoy a peaceful stroll, the mall provides a safe and climate-controlled environment for walking. Stroll at your own pace as you shop or explore the many stores.
Wheelchairs
Complimentary wheelchairs are available for visitors with limited mobility. To request a wheelchair, please contact Security at (414) 421-5603 when you arrive at one of our main entrances. A security officer will assist you promptly. Please have a photo ID ready, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Our Youth Supervision Policy is established so all guests can enjoy a safe, pleasant, and family friendly shopping environment.
Guests age 17 and under are required to be accompanied by and remain with a parent, legal guardian, or supervising adult 21 or older at all times after 3pm on Fridays and Saturdays. During regular school hours unaccompanied youth will be asked to leave the property. School truancy policies are strictly enforced.
Proof of age will be required for the youth and supervising adult. Identification must be the original (no copies) and include a photograph and date of birth. Those who fail to produce proper physical identification or do not abide by the Youth Supervision Policy will be asked to leave the property.
One adult may accompany up to three youths and must remain with the youth at all times. Adults are responsible for the actions of the youth they accompany.
Store employees age 17 and under may continue to work within their store during Youth Supervision Policy hours. Store employees age 17 and under must adhere to the Youth Supervision Policy if their work shift ends during policy hours.
